A little about what I do...
I produce artwork, photos and writings that celebrate the Spirit of Place. Inspired by regularly walking and observing the changing seasons.
I reflect this in my work by painting, printing and casting metals creating precious reminders of this beautiful land.
I work from a hand built straw bale studio that is a base for creating, exhibiting and teaching.
I have recently created a series of chapbooks that bring my writings and artwork together.
I regularly post photos of my new work, such as these small chapbooks to my social media sites. please click on the buttons to see my inspiration, process and final creations.
Thank you for visiting my site, I hope you enjoy exploring it and draw some inspiration from nature as I do.
I have an online shop on Etsy, please click on the link below to view my work for sale.
Most exhibitions have had to be cancelled, postponed or held online in 2020 and it seems to be going that way too in 2021, so far.
I took part in a virtual exhibition July 2020 as part of the Made in Whitstable (MiW) Oyster Festival trail.
I took part in the virtual exhibition Feb-March 2021 as part of the Profanity Embroidery Group (PEG) 'Pick any Card'.
I am in the process of applying to exhibit my work as part of the Canterbury Festival/ East Kent Artists' Open Houses in October, 2021.
Please call for appointment if you would like to visit the studio in person.
